Hi therE!
Got space for a big RV?

We constantly need a place to park.

If you're reading this, you're probably aware that we, Cassie and Fred, spend much of our time growing Marigold Prep from the road. The purpose of this page is to share our relevant info with anyone that might have a space for us at an upcoming destination. Call or texts are welcome! 415 237 3377

We enjoy renting private camps, vacant land, cabins, farms, and everything in between. If you're interested in having us, please read on for details about hosting our little home-office on wheels.

Whether you have full, partial, or no-hookups, we expect to pay a nightly rate for all accommodations.

Here are some details/campsite needs for our rig:

Access/size/weight

  • Ideally we park on a level site that is 65 'x 40' or greater

    • This allows us enough space to set up camp and have space for the Jeep.

  • We are the same dimensions/weight as a standard Greyhound bus. If you can visualize a Greyhound successfully getting into the spot in question, we can probably make it too.

  • 45'L x 14'W x 14'H - 44k lbs (bus parked, slides extended)

  • 60'L x 8'6"W x 14'H - 54k lbs (bus traveling, while towing Jeep/trailer)

Utilities

  • Not available? If we can occasionally run the generator, we can live self contained.

  • Electrical: 50A or 30A service preferred

  • Water: Standard garden hose bibb

  • Sewer: On-site preferred for longer stays

  • Wifi: Preferred, but not needed if Verizon and/or AT&T are strong

About our dogs

  • We're fortunate to have easy travel dogs who rarely bark, and enjoy life on the road

  • Rita: 10ish, dachshund

  • Eddie: 9ish, pitbull

  • Always on leash when in common areas, always cleaned up after

  • Both are great with people and small dogs, though Eddie doesn't do well with other big male dogs

  • Up to date on shots, flea, tick, heartworm etc

  • Spayed and neutered
